Upgrade External Document Picker in demo

    Description

      The demo project depends on external document picker forge plugin 4.x which is for v11. As a result, the popup dialog of the plugin doesn't show the "Search" button label properly.
      Upgrade it to 5.0.0 to be fully compliant with v12.
