Regression - Publish All at folder level is not working after initial creation of documents

      Description

      Publishing all documents in folder after initial creation of documents not possible.

      Current situation:
      Reproduction:

      1. Checkout and build the archetype 1.09.03 [1]
      2. Create a new folder with three new news documents (unpublished) [2]
      3. Publish all documents in folder ( see screenshot Step 1 & 2) is not possible.
      4. Publish and unpublish manually [3]
      5. Publish all documents in folder succeeds ( see screenshot Step 3).
