(Xinha) rich text editor's Insert Character dialog is not modal

When using the "insert character" function in the richt text editor (available in 7.8.8 archetype), the dialog is not modal.

There is the possibility to work outside of the dialog, e.g. to close & save the underlying document. See screenshot.
