[Backport] Problematic JCR Session Usages in Login Page

    Description

      A JCR session instance is used in Login Page and closed when http session time outs currently (as of CMS7-7266).
      This situation seems problematic because JCR session instance count can rely on http session timeout, and so it could affect system availability by a certain traffic.
