Broken Links Checker - CND property additions need reload on startup

    Description

      Broken Links Checker CND has added the following properties for configuration with CMS7-7287:

      [brokenlinks:config] > hippo:document

      • * (boolean)
      • * (long)
      • * (string)

      The three anonymous properties were added with the issue.
      These changes are not picked up automatically, so it should have turned on 'reloadonstartup'.
