Template composer: Boolean component parameters cannot be turned off

It seems the return of CMS7-6207. In Chrome (version 27) it works good, but in FF (21) and IE9 not. When you uncheck the checkbox, and then Save the properties, the box is again checked.

In all cases not true or false is saved in the component properties, but on or off. This doesn't seem right to me.
