Fix copy operation related & minor workflow related issue in taxonomy document view.

Description:-->
Ist issue:--->
1.Select a folder in taxonomy tree.
2.Click on edit button in tool bar to change the folder name
3.control gets switched to root folder in taxonomy tree.
So user has to again select the folder which was selected in 1st step & then he would be able to change the document name.

2nd issue:-->Taxonomy is not displayed as an option in dropdown in content perspective while trying to copy a taxonomy type document from documents to taxonomy. or from taxonomy to taxonomy.However copy option remains enabled in tool bar.Check screenshot for reference.

3rd issue:-->
"selected categories" section is no longer displayed in Taxonomy picker.
