Finish porting the console application to SA architecture

TODO for the console before the legacy console can be deleted:

1>Port the copy and move dialogs to the new SA architecture.
2>Restore tree refresh after tree model change (formerly implemented with the "flush" event)
3>Fix 'delete' link in node editor (it is not possible to delete a property)
4>Restore editor refresh after 'add propery'
