[Backport CMS7-8847 to 7.9] Link picker: Add link that opens document in document editor

    Description

      It would be desirable to be able to open the linked document by clicking on an icon in the link picker field.

      A CMS User clicks on the ... icon and the linked document is opened in a new document tab and gets the focus.
