[browse-perspective] Change accordeon into dropdown and dynamic tree view

Instead of an accordeon per type, the types should be selected from a dropdown. Selecting an option should dynamically change the tree view. Also, when selecting an opened TAB the select box should switch to the correct option and the tree view should update accordingly.

Q: Where did the "add root folder" functionality go as available in the document , images and asset tree?
A: Its not in the designs yet but its going to be located and function in the same way as the current UI. I will create a design for it today
