[global] Restyle the menus

Change the style of the menus:

• folder actions (the popup menu in the tree)
• document actions (the menus in the document edit mode)
• the tab actions (the popup menu when right-clicking on a tab)

If possible also address:

• Change the buttons such as the edit button to be "as wide as needed" rather than fixed width
• Change the menus so the texts do not wrap but rather grow the menus wider
