Regression: with advanced search, each login creates an action in the activity stream

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the Advanced Search addon (e.g. login to GoGreen Enterprise)
2. Log into the CMS

Expected: the activity stream only shows that the user logged in, no other activity
Actual: the activity stream shows that the login produced a document. Opening the link opens configuration

This issue only happens with CMS 2.26.04 + advanced search. It is caused by an error with the bootstrap configuration. The following error is logged while the repository is bootstrapped:
