Not caching blueprints list in Channel Manager

Creating or copying a blueprint, this new blueprint does not appear in the blueprints list in the Channel Manager. This is because this list is cached.
When reloading the page/CMS the new blueprint is added to the list.

Why is this blueprints list cached? It is not a heavy request to retrieve the blueprints real time.

I ran into this issue while creating a custom panel in which CMS users can create their own blueprints.
