Allow to set security provider when creating/editing a user

    Description

      Currently, hipposys:securityprovider property is auto-created when creating user because the CND is defined like this:

      [hipposys:user] > nt:base

      • hipposys:securityprovider (string) = 'internal' mandatory autocreated
        ...

      It would be better to allow administrator to select a security provider from the available options when creating/editing a user.
      In addition, the user editing plugin could have a default security provider option which can be set initially if configured.
