    Description

      As reported by Tjeerd:
      "WYSIWYG balk niet zichtbaar op [...] Lokaal bij Jereoen Hoffman wel".

      Apparently at the test site installation certain fields, although declared to be edited using Xinha, pop up as plain textareas iso. Xinha based text areas.

      This may be due to partial installation of test installation, see linked issue.
