(Xinha) Richtexteditor insertcharacter doesn't show a close button

1) Make sure "insertcharacter"
in added to the Xinha.config.toolbar

2) go to the CMS to a ContentType with a RichTextEditor

3) click on the CharacterMap icon

4) note that there isn't any close button showing.
