Menu management - The error message stays after switching the menu

1. Log-in to CMS as admin user
2. Navigate to Channel Manager >> Select any channel >> Edit channel >> click on "Edit menu" item
3. Rename Events Overview to "News & Events"
4. Drag drop the item to top menu
5. Error message is shown that it already exists in top menu
6. Now switch menu or rename other menus
Expected - The error message should go away
Actual - The error message stays
