Publish CKEditor in Nexus and use it as CMS dependency

Currently, the CKEditor sources are maintained at Github. A tagged version is then copied into a Maven artifact in the CMS. It would be nicer if the CKEditor source were actually published in Nexus (possibly also as a 'snapshot' version) and fetched automatically by Maven as a dependency of the CMS.
