M5 Cleanup: enable scrolling in editing template

Scrolling in an editing tab now scrolls the whole screen, including the tabs and the blocks on the right hand side.

Ideally, only the editing part scrolls. The tabs in the top and the blocks on the right hand side should stay put.

The same goes for the browse tab, where the tree and the doclisting should have their own scrollbars.
