[CMS-7246] Regression: Message is shown that a user is already logged in and will be logged out - Issues

The feature was removed in ~~CMS7-3692~~ due to security considerations. It's back.

To reproduce:

Log in as editor
Start another independent browser
On the login page, enter the user name of the editor, and change to the password field
Expected result: No messages are shown
Actual result: A message is shown: "User editor already logged in, other session will be closed"
