protocol field in rich text editor should be configurable

    Description

      we need to add an empty link to the list of protocols in xinha. The reason is that we use variables for the base of the link (something like http://example.org/), already containing the http:// in the variable. I can also see cases where you'd like to use a different protocol.

      We'd like to have the protocols configurable. Currently it's hard coded to http://, https://, ftp:// and //
