Forward-Port: Broken links - Exception error shown as HTTP Status

Prerequisite - Have broken links demon run

1. Login to Go Green
2. Navigate to reports >> Broken links

Expected - Broken links with corresponding HTTP status error message should be shown
Actual - For a connection timed out error an exception message is shown refer screenshot "brokenlinks_error"
