'Webpage Error' windows shows in IE 9 and 8 when logging out after viewing a document

Reproduction path:
1- Login to GoGreen
2- Open any document (or create a new one and fill in the required fields)
2.1- In case of a new document 'Save & Close' the document editor
3- From the 'View' menu select any channel to show the document
4- Click the 'Log out' link

Expected:

• To logout successfully

Actual:

• a 'Webpage Error' shows and asks if you would like to debug the current page or not

Recommendation:
It is not a big deal as if you click 'No' nothing happens or errors occur but it is annoying for users IMHO and we need to look into this in case it is caused by another serious problem
