Automatic Export: deleting initialize nodes leads to reload of deleted nodes at restart

When deleting or moving a node, automatic export removes the initialize item from /hippo:configuration/hippo:initialize that was stored when that node was originally bootstrapped. When the repository is stopped and restarted without a rebuild of the project, then the deleted item is bootstrapped again. That is explainable, but unlogical and confusing.

I think that deleting that node is not necessary.
