IE9: Log in is too slow

When logging in using IE9, the Dashboard perspective takes too long to load
First, the top dark blue bar is rendered (with the Hippo icon, user name and logout button)
Then, it takes 10 to 20 seconds for the rest of the CMS UI to appear.

The same scenario in Chrome under the same conditions is good.
