Regression: Scheduled publication error message makes layout ugly

Same bug as CMS7-4417, but different version. Marking as Regression because that issue was fixed.

To reproduce;

• Schedule publication in the past
  Expected: An error message, and the date at the bottom still visible
  Actual: An error message, but I have to scroll to enter a new date.
