Backport:CMS7-5898 - Images embedded in document are not shown in channel manager or site when the document is created in IE-9

1. Login to CMS in IE9 browser
2. Naviate to documents and create a document
3. Embed some images in the xinha filed using "insert image xinha plugin" option
4. Clike on "Save & close" button and publish the document
5. Click on view and see the document in channel manager

Expected - Text & image should be shown as created in the CMS
Actual - Images are not shown (refer attachments)
