Convert non-standard image mimetypes to standardized versions

On Citrix environments, jpeg and gif images are presented with non-standard mimetypes like image/x-citrix-pjpeg and image/x-citrix-gif. These should be converted into image/jpeg and image/gif.

Also, certain IE versions will upload png images as image/x-png instead of image/png
