Regression: hippo:moduleconfig shows up in "My todo list" on dashboard

In the "My todo list" on the dashboard, there is an item "hippo:moduleconfig". That should not be there.

When clicked, a document opens, with the status "A task is scheduled on Friday, September 21, 2012 9:00:00 AM CEST". My guess is this could have something to do with the Broken links checker, but this needs to be confirmed
