Regression - Unable to create a new document

1. Log into CMS
2. Navigate to any folder say jobs
3. Use the context menu to define new document and click OK

Expected - New document should be created and editor should be able to write content
Actual - "An error occurred, please retry" message is shown. Refer the attached logs
