Boolean template composer parameters do not work

    Description

      Trying to use a boolean (Boolean) parameter in a template composer component does not work.
      I tried with the archetype's PageableListInfo which exposes the parameter 'isPagesVisible'.

      By default this is true, and the value I see in the console is 'on'. Clicking the checkbox in tc config panel and saving the template I see that the value remains 'on'.
