Regression Image cropper - broken in IE8 and IE9

    Description

      1. log in to CMS
      2. Navigate to images folder
      3. Select any image, click on Edit button followed by crop Image button

      Actual Issue - Cropper is not show, user is not able to crop the image (refer the attachment)
      Expected behavior - User should be allowed to crop the select image.
