IE: Internal links get broken when being edited in CMS 7.4 (7.5 is fine)

    Description

      Problem: all internal links within a html field are suddenly all broken.
      This seems to be fixed in CMS 7.5.

      Reproduction path:
      -Open some document (with IE8)
      -Create some internal links to other documents
      -Save this document
      -Reopen and move cursor on an internal link. Add a character to this place.
      -Save the document (or check htmlmode)
      -All internal links are now broken (a / had been added to them, and the internal documents are no longer linked to the html field)
