getLocalizedName on a folder returns the node name

    Description

      Not the localized name is returned, but the bare name of the node.

      This issue is solved for the current version of the cms. But for version 2.16.05 this does not work. Upgrading to the latest version is no option for my project. Can the solution provided for later versions be backported to the 2.16.xx series?
