Edit field disappears in "Translate document" dialog in IE

Prerequisite - Have a nested folder upto three levels at least

1. login to CMS using IE
2. Navigate to documents, third level folder where the document is to be translated
3. Click on translation icon

Expected - In "translation dialog" user should be allowed to enter the translation names using keyboard
Acutal - Edit field disappears, everytime user has to click "add translation" to get the edit field
