Regression 2.19.00 - Image opens in the tab automatically when upload is complete

1. Login CMS
2. Navigate to Images/Assets folder
3. Click on drop down to upload files and upload some test images/files
4. Click ok to complete the upload

Expected - The images should appear in thumb nails at the end of upload
Actual - Image opens in tab at the end of upload. If I upload 10 images, 10 tabs open at the end of upload (refer attachment)

PS - there is no error log
