Update from other users (or workflow) should trigger an update in CMS.

Updates done in other sessions are not reflected in the CMS (according to discussion) until an action forces the update. Some kind op (periodic) update would be desirable in the end. This issue does therefor not seem to be important as multiple users of the CMS is not a direct feature. However workflow updates are also performed in a different session and this state the user expects to see in its own actions. Logic in the front-end of the workflows would be a possibility, however this is a poor-man's solution.
