[CMS-4687] author is not allowed to add description to images - Issues

Description

1. login to CMS as author
2. Navigate to images folder and select any image in edit mode
3. Add description and click save&close

Actual - Exception is thrown (screenshot attached)
Expected - No error should be thrown, image should be saved

I am not sure what is the expected behaviour, but I am not expecting an exception for sure.
