Content translation - links and subsites

Users are able to create sub-site root folders. Documents and folders in such a sub-site will be in one 'language'. Users are able to link documents and folders from different sub-sites together. Each document has an 'original' language. When viewing a document, it is possible to jump to a different language from the workflow menu. Translating a document is a separate (workflow) step, available when the user has permissions to view the source language and edit the target language. This just creates a new document and opens an editor. When renaming documents and folders, there is the possibility of renaming the alternatives too.
