Get the total HitCount without performance penalty for proper paging

Add to the QueryResult decorators in ECM a method: getTotalSize() calling the Jackrabbit's QueryResultImpl#getTotalSize()

This method gets the Lucene hit count even though they are not yet authorized. Typically, this is very useful for paging as you know the total (unauthorized) hits.
