'Naam' is mandatory, while name is entered

Steps to reproduce:
Create a new document, enter a name using special charactes which are stripped from the URL, submit the form.

Observed behaviour:
Error message stating that a name should be entered

Expected behaviour:
Don't know, either creation of the document or a message stating that a URL is mandatory.
