htmlmode and fullscreen display problem

When used together, htmlmode and fullscreen do exhibit an unexpected behavior: as shown in the attached screenshot, the display is corrupted.

STEPS

• from http://cmstest.onehippo.com/console activate /hippo:namespaces/hippostd/html/editor:templates/default/root/Xihna.config.toolbar:htmlmode
• from http://cmstest.onehippo.com/ edit events > myevent1
• maximize the editor
• toggle html source
