Update all content raises ConstraintViolationException : hippostd:state does not satisfy the constraint 'stale'

STEPS:
------
1/ log on to the quickstart as user 'admin' and navigate To the Documents.
2/ open Configuration, then open hippo:namespaces > defaultcontent > Base Document
3/ click on Edit
4/ do an Update All Content

RESULT:
-------
A Java stack trace as per the attached jst. 'The Action failed|Updating all content in progress|..Failed' is the outcome.
