Document in CMS cannot be edited in CMS nor moved, deleted or any other way treated in console due to build path error

For a client in production, we encouter some form of data corruption.

A document in the CMS cannot be opened by the editor for editing (when clicking on 'Edit' the editor get's an error (see screenshot).
Also trying to get the document offline (take offline wf action) fails.

When trying to modify this document via the console (eg for deletion) we get the same error.
First, we need a way to delete or modify this document as it should no longer be online

Secondly, we need a way to prevent this from happening (perhaps this is already taken care of by r.2.06.15)

Could you please provide a way to manipulate this document?
