Reviewed action workflow addon broken for cms-prototype application.

Start the cms-prototype application (repository and frontend)

1>Login as demo user
2>Navigate to /workflow-demo/myarticle/myarticle
3>Click 'Obtain editable instance'
4>Click OK
===> NullPointerException

5> Click cancel
3>Click 'Obtain editable instance'
4>Click OK
===> Success

This only occurs for the cms-prototype app. Not for the reviewed-action app
