Compound types

Non-document types, templates and prototypes that consist of multiple fields. Reusable blocks of input fields.
These may extend existing nodetypes such as hippostd:html, or be completely new types. These compound types
are available when building a document type in the same namespace. The templates for such a type are fixed, i.e.
it is not necessary to be able to adjust them per document type.
