Quickstart WAR: Add a 'root' folder to image gallery and assets gallery, and move Hippo.jpg and Hippo.pdf into those folders

After downloading the Quickstart WAR, you need to add a 'root folder' to the image gallery and asset gallery before you can add any images or assets to the system. However, because the image gallery contains "Hippo.jpg" in the top node, it looks like you should be able to add images to that folder right away. Same goes for Assets. The user has to know that s/he has to click on "Add root folder" first.

On a clean repository, after adding a root folder, the foldertree is not updated instantly. After logout/login the new folders do show up. This adds more confusion about what the user has to do to add images or assets.

Because it's impossible to add images / assets to the image gallery and asset gallery right away, and because there's a lot of confusion in the process of adding an image or an asset, this is a Blocking issue for the Quickstart WAR release.
