Expand plugin event mechanism: support multiple documents and 'pure' GUI events (Services architecture)

    Description

      Currently all plugins share the same JcrNodeModel, during an update ALL plugins receive the same new JcrNodeModel to base their view on.

      We need more than that:

      1> 'Pure GUI' events: For example 'switch tab' on clicking a link in an unrelated plugin
      2> Multiple documents: For example a browseable tree on one tab and a number editors on other tabs that don't synchronize with the tree

      This is a prerequisite before we can start working on CMS7-199
