Make sure that facetselect with docbase the jcr root is disable such that never the entire repository content is mirrored

As the cms prototype for facetselect naturally has a docbase that points to the jcr root, every new facetselect in the cms is a mirror of the entire repository. Obviously, the root is quite a natural starting docbase, but, also, does not ever has a normal usecase. As it seems undesirable to mirror the entire repository ever, we should consider the root uuid as a border case, and disable mirroring for this docbase (ofcourse, I am talking about the cafebabe-.... uuid)
