Merge reviewed-action and cms-prototype applications

In effect, finish what we wanted to do during the CMS workshop

1>Add the reviewed-action addon to the cms-prototype application
2>reconfigure the frontend configuration of the cms-prototype app.
3>eliminate the reviewed-action application
